Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is conveniently located near the central town area and riverside park, offering easy access to dining options and shopping precincts. The rooms, although cozy in the heritage section, were slightly noisy due to occasional equipment sounds at night. The service was efficient with amenities like dry cleaning and laundry available. Dining experiences were enjoyable with great value offerings. The central location of the hotel was a major plus for my work trip.
The hotel was exceptional for the money, fitted with everything we required, but unfortunately, was very noisy and did not come with secure parking. The location was perfect for what I needed, part of the refurbished historical port area on Quay St and easy to get to, offering a unique place to wander about. The dining options were disappointing, with gourmet food not available, and the lack of onsite parking was also a downside. The service provided, including dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and happy hour, was very friendly and helpful.
The hotel rooms were well-appointed and good value for money, very neat and clean, unfortunately, located next to loud renovation work with equipment going off all the time. The location is fantastic and handy, offering good-sized accommodation for two in the refurbished historical port area on Quay St, with easy access to the Riverwalk and dining options nearby. The dining experience was decent, with fair prices and freshly baked bread. However, the absence of onsite parking was disappointing. The facilities were well-maintained and clean.
